Bill Caldwell brings extensive experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, brokerage, property management, construction, and investor advisory. A Utah Principal Real Estate Broker since 2006, Bill has represented hundreds of real estate transactions and managed hundreds of properties throughout his career. His experience provides Titan West with a strong foundation in opportunity evaluation, investment strategy, acquisition, and long-term asset value.
Jason Green brings more than 30 years of experience in land development and horizontal and vertical construction across residential, multifamily, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. His experience spans development and entitlements, estimating, project management, construction funding, and projects ranging from raw-ground subdivisions to major infrastructure and commercial work throughout the Intermountain West.
